Youth Place is a not-for-profit program supporting young parents aged 15 to 25 who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of homelessness across Perth's South Metropolitan region. Through case management, advocacy, and practical support, Youth Place helps young families build stability, independence, and strive for their goals.

We are currently supporting a young father who is raising his 5-year-old daughter on his own. For almost two years, the family has been couchsurfing, with not stable home of their own. Throughout these challenges, the father has shown remarkable determination to providing the best possible life for his daughter. He has navigated his circumstances with hope, integrity and care.

Happily, the family has recently been offered a Public Housing property. This incredible milestone marks the beginning of a new chapter in their journey: their very first home as a family.
