We are seeking donations to support self-care, wellbeing, and positive self-expression for the young people receiving care within our inpatient unit. Our goal is to create a welcoming "nail salon" space within our group room, providing young people with an opportunity to engage in self-care activities that promote confidence, relaxation, social connection, and a sense of normality during their hospital stay. These activities can offer a positive distraction from the challenges of admission while encouraging self-esteem, creativity, and personal care routines. To help bring this initiative to life, we are seeking donations of items such as: Nail polish and nail art supplies BIAB products and equipment UV/ LED Lamp Nail files and manicure tools Hand creams, cuticle oils, and moisturisers Scented self-care products suitable for young people Beauty and pamper items that support wellbeing and self-care

Young people admitted to our inpatient mental health ward are often facing some of the most difficult periods of their lives. While clinical care is vital, small acts of kindness from our community can make a significant difference to their comfort, wellbeing, and recovery.

We're seeking donations to help create a more supportive and engaging environment for the young people in our care. Items we regularly need include:

Grocery vouchers for cooking activities, life-skills development, and shared meals
Clothing vouchers or new clothing to provide comfort, dignity, and practical support
Sensory items such as fidget tools, weighted products, and calming resources
Art and creative supplies to encourage self-expression and engagement
Recreational equipment including games, music, and wellbeing activities

Every donation helps provide comfort, connection, and opportunities for growth during a young person's hospital stay.
