We are seeking donations of grocery vouchers to support our inpatient youth clients in developing practical life skills and promoting independence as part of their recovery journey. For many young people, admission to hospital can disrupt normal routines and limit opportunities to practice everyday skills that contribute to confidence and independence. Grocery vouchers provide a valuable resource that can be incorporated into therapeutic and recreational activities focused on budgeting, meal planning, nutrition, shopping, and decision-making.

Young people admitted to our inpatient mental health ward are often facing some of the most difficult periods of their lives. While clinical care is vital, small acts of kindness from our community can make a significant difference to their comfort, wellbeing, and recovery.

We're seeking donations to help create a more supportive and engaging environment for the young people in our care. Items we regularly need include:

Grocery vouchers for cooking activities, life-skills development, and shared meals
Clothing vouchers or new clothing to provide comfort, dignity, and practical support
Sensory items such as fidget tools, weighted products, and calming resources
Art and creative supplies to encourage self-expression and engagement
Recreational equipment including games, music, and wellbeing activities

Every donation helps provide comfort, connection, and opportunities for growth during a young person's hospital stay.
