A family has recently left an unsafe home due to domestic and family violence and is beginning to rebuild in a safe environment. Because they had to leave urgently, they were unable to take their personal belongings, essential items and treasured family photographs. These possessions remain at their former residence and are at risk of being disposed of if they cannot be removed soon. After experiencing significant disruption, the family is concerned about losing both necessary belongings and irreplaceable memories. Assistance to safely collect, transport and temporarily store their possessions would protect these important items and ease one practical burden as the family works towards safety and stability.
