My client recently lost her husband following terminal illness. She is originally from overseas and is currently in Australia on a restricted work rights visa after her application for a protection visa was declined. The children are Australian citizens by descent and have been diagnosed with ASD level 3 requiring additional supports. Mum and her children have no support network to reach out for supports.
Mum is currently struggling financially since she is not eligible to access Centrelink payment or to access emergency relief services due to not having a CRN card. This mum is seeking supports with clothing for her children and herself and support with food vouchers and this very challenging time.
Any supports accorded would be greatly appreciated.
