My client recently (February) lost her husband following terminal illness. My client is originally from England and currently in Australia on a visa. My client's husband had applied for a protection visa for my client which was declined and my client was granted Visa E which does not have working rights in Australia. My client's children are Australian citizens by descent.My client children have been diagnosed with ASD level 3 requiring clients supports. Client and her children have no support network to reach out for supports.
My client is currently struggling financially due to lack of income as she is not eligible to access Centrelink payment and to access emergency relief services due not having a CRN card. Client is seeking supports with clothing for her children and herself and support with food vouchers.
Any supports accorded to my client would be greatly appreciated.
