Fuel costs has Mum waiting in town while son attends kinder for hours as can't afford to travel home - rural location
This single Mum of 5, with 2 living at home with her ages 5 and 4 months. Having previously overcome addiction she is now well and looking to the future. She is supporting her children as best she can within her financial ability. Mum takes her son to kindergarten and waits in town with baby for hours as she can't afford the fuel to travel back home (25mins away). Mum is reluctant to move from where she is as she has been there for 10 years and rent is reasonable however she must be out by end of January as the owner has been told the property is not suitable for living. Mum is worried she won't be able to afford rent in town and feels really unsure about the future. Mum suffers anxiety and is really struggling currently in her situation. Mum has family in WA and is considering the move from VIC to be closer to them and their support. However this will mean moving way from her other children with whom she still has contact with. A lot going on for this Mum and any help is appreciated.
