Widowed, 98-year-old client who is struggling with funding recovery efforts and lives entirely self-funded with minimal support from family to keep an eye on wellbeing and day to day needs as best as they can. The client resides on an isolated farming property with no one else living at the property.
Client has reluctantly requested minimal support due to fears of being injured whilst living alone at the isolated property.
Client struggles to use technology and has hearing difficulties which cause added pressure in times of need or when injured.
