After experiencing housing instability, this young mother and widow is now taking important steps toward building a secure and independent future for herself and her young child. As she works to establish a safe, comfortable and efficient home environment in a family transitional property, she faces the many challenges that come with starting over and establishing independence for herself and her child. Support from donors and your generosity can make a meaningful difference in helping her create a safe, comfortable and sustainable living environment for her and her child so that she can maintain her tenancy, pursue her goals (study, work) and continue to build the skills and confidence needed for long-term independence.
