A single Aboriginal mother of two daughters, both living with autism, is seeking support to purchase two x shelving units through Givit.
The family has recently been provided with a property after experiencing severe family and domestic violence. Mum has been working incredibly hard to create a safe, stable and secure home for her two children and provide them with a fresh start.
Unfortunately, the amount of belongings and clutter within the home has now placed the family at risk of losing their property. Mum has already made significant progress by using the local verge collection to remove most of the unnecessary items from the home.
She is now seeking assistance with two shelving units to help organise and safely store the family's remaining belongings. Having appropriate storage will help keep the home tidy, maintain clear and accessible exits, and create a safer environment for Mum and her daughters.
