The client is a single parent residing in public housing and is responsible for the ongoing maintenance of her property. Due to the continuous nature of lawn and garden upkeep, access to a whipper snipper would assist the client to independently maintain the property to an acceptable standard and meet tenancy obligations. Provision of a whipper snipper would support the client to regularly manage overgrown grass and edges, reduce the risk of property standard issues, and promote a safe and well-maintained living environment for herself and her family. This support would provide a practical, long-term solution that enhances the client's capacity to sustain property maintenance independently.
