Seeking Appropriate Bed and Mattress Support Suited to a Mother's Physical Health Needs.

The family has no consistent income largely due to their age, language barrier and are seeking protection here in Australia. They are in a supported transitional property currently and are not eligible for any Centrelink benefits.
The family has been surviving on donations and support from the charity organisation and food pantries around. We have managed to procure household items for the family when they moved in. The couple was using donated bed and mattress and now due to mother's sever back ache, she is not able to sleep well which has impacted her daily functioning. She is sleeping on a very soft foam mattress which is exacerbating her back ache and is needing a hybrid or medium firm foam mattress that will provide good spine support and better pressure relief options for her back.
Any support would be much appreciated.
