The client lives on a fixed income and has limited financial resources to cover the costs associated with establishing themselves in their new home. They have been doing their best to manage their finances, seek appropriate support and plan carefully for this transition.
The client is also currently studying and hopes to start their own business once their studies are complete. Having a stable and affordable home will provide an important foundation from which they can continue working towards these goals.
