Young person has been transient for the last couple of years, currently has no fixed address, no family support, low income and in a community care rehabilitation unit undergoing new treatment for diagnosed Schizophrenia. Young person requires personal and household essentials whilst participating in the recovery program that involves adjusting to new medication and building on life and living skills such as health and hygiene, cooking, budgeting and developing community connections.
