This family lost everything in the devastating 2025 Mid North Coast floods. Their home was extensively damaged and has since been deemed uninhabitable. Since the disaster, they have worked tirelessly to rebuild their lives, making progress one small step at a time despite overwhelming challenges.
With no contents insurance and only limited government assistance available, the financial burden has been immense. The family has exhausted their savings while trying to restore their home to a safe and liveable condition, but significant work remains before they can return home.
They have shown incredible resilience throughout their recovery, however the ongoing costs have become more than they can manage alone. Any support to assist this family in continuing their recovery journey would make a meaningful difference, helping them move closer to having a safe place to call home once again.
