Our consumer is a resilient and motivated man who is working hard to improve his independence and create a more stable future for himself.
Despite facing significant financial hardship, he remains committed to achieving his goals and increasing his participation in the community. Limited financial resources and having no network of family or friends have made it difficult for him to access opportunities that many people have access to.
One of his key goals is obtaining his driver's licence. Having a licence would greatly improve his independence, increase his access to employment opportunities, and reduce barriers to participating in the community and attending important appointments. The costs associated with driving lessons, supervised driving opportunities, and licence-related expenses remain significant barriers due to his current financial circumstances.
