*EMERGENCY* Single mum transitioning into permanent housing with no belongings, seeking support to establish stability
GIVIT
This young single parent has recently secured her first stable home after experiencing significant hardship and housing instability. At 20YRS old, she has limited informal supports and ongoing financial stress. She experiences a cognitive delay, which can make navigating services and establishing a household challenging without support.

Her child is currently engaged in early intervention therapies due to developmental concerns, adding further demands on the family. Due to their circumstances, they have not been able to retain household belongings and will be moving into the property with no possessions.

This transition into permanent housing is a critical opportunity to build safety, routine, and stability. Community support at this time will help create a functional, dignified home and support both the parent’s capacity to sustain the tenancy and the child’s wellbeing
