This community member is seeking support to move into their first home after experience significant adversity. The companion has experienced chronic homelessness family violence, mental health struggles and an accident which has left them unable to work.
Over the last few years the participant has been sleeping rough with their dog, however they have worked consistently in intensive case management to secure pet friendly transitional accommodation.
This temporary accommodation is the first time they have had their own safe and secure space in years.
They are seeking support to help make the space a cosy home for them and their furry friend.
