53 Year old man living in economic hardship and at risk of losing his tenancy due to property care. He has mental health issues also and no support from family. His tenancy is at risk due to property care mainly being his lawns. Tenant can't afford a lawn mower or to have any one come and mow his lawns. He needs a donated lawn mower as he is able to do it himself if he had a lawn mower.
