Tank flush/clean/fill
Bushfire-impacted woman has contaminated and damaged water tank.
Woman's water tanks were contaminated with ash and valve was damaged. She has since purchased a new valve but is yet to replace this. The tank needs to be drained and refilled but due to a recent shoulder injury, this is a difficult task for this person to complete.
