Young client who recently relocated to Qld for schooling

My client recently relocated to Qld to live with their father. Client is completing Year 11 at a new school is requiring access to a laptop to assist in completing homework. Client achieves good grades and wanting to continue their good academic record. Client's family experiencing financial stress made worse by COVID19, single father with 2 children in F/T care and unable to afford to purchase a laptop for the client.
