This young man aged 21 currently lives in a supported Transitional Accommodation with support from a homelessness support program. He has experienced significant neglect and trauma as a young person and is currently on the road to mental health recovery. With a diagnosis of Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Depression and Anxiety the last few months have been extremely difficult for him. Even though he has been struggling he has been attending work with the hopes of improving his life. This request is for a Mountain Bike. He has expressed that he would like to continue his recovery and feels going out to the hills and Mountain Biking will help.
