Flood affected individual experiencing significant mental ill health and financial hardship as a result of flooding
Client who has been flood affected and as a result has been experiencing homelessness for the previous year and been in a number of unsuitable and unsafe living situations. Client suffers from trauma directly related to floods. She is extremely grateful for newly acquired accommodation at the Brunswick pod village, but after 12+ months of no employment and having no kitchen to cook food in and having to buy food is experiencing financial hardship. Client is wanting to get established and back on her feet but does not have family/ network to support her to do so.
