Homeless at-risk young parent needing items
The Nest is a program which provides independent accommodation for at-risk young mums between the ages of 16-19 and their children. The program gives these young mums and their children the opportunity for a safe and secure place to live and support to work towards their goals in order to create a better life for themselves.
This young parent in the program has just been offered their own long-term accommodation through public housing and has no furniture to move into their property. We are urgently seeking donations to fully furnish a 2 BR unit for a young mum and her infant daughter.
