The client is a boat builder by trade and was living on a boat which was their primary residence when the SEQ Storm event hit the Gold Coast. As a result their boat sank and the client lost all of their tools and power tools which were required for their work. The client is currently homeless and living rough as a result of loss of their primary accommodation (the client's boat sank in the SEQ Storm which the client was living on). Has no funds to replace the tools required for work.
