Client recently escaped Domestic Violence with 3 children and was impacted by the SE QLD Storm event
Client has recently escaped a domestic violence situation with their children in which their lives were threatened. The client and children moved into new accomodation during which the SE QLD storm event occurred. This resulted in damage to and loss of almost all whitegoods and appliances including, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The power loss also resulted in loss of all food stored in the fridge/freezer. Currently the client is struggling financially to be able to replace some of the items damaged during the storm event.
