Support to set up a home after fleeing family violence.
Seeking assistance for a single female, who has endured homelessness for multiple years due to fleeing a domestic violence situation. Despite being on the housing waitlist for over three years, she has resorted to sleeping during the day to ensure safety at night, rotating between tents, cars, and couch surfing wherever possible.
Community Housing has now been secured, but assistance with essential items such as a fridge, microwave, washing machine, and couch would greatly aid her in maintaining the home and stabilizing her living situation.
Our organisation is a social enterprise that has been in existence for nearly 50 years and has been focused on the needs of young people and people needing access to housing.
