An independent older woman needing financial support to assist in covering cost of moving home post surgery

68-year-old woman, who is solely reliant on the Aged Pension for income. She cares for her two grandsons who currently live with her. She recently had to move to a new rental accommodation without any external supports. Whilst she is an independent, resourceful woman who is very capable, she is feeling pushed to meet ends with the high costs of living. Moving fees have made her financial situation very strained. Whilst having to manage the move she has been also recovering from a knee replacement and although she has been recovering well there are still limitations on movement. She is a lovely strong woman, that is trying her best to provide for her grandchildren and needs support in covering costs of settling into their new home.
