Property was inundated with water during TC Jasper and subsequent floods.
Client and 2 daughters were evacuated from property and are currently in Emergency Housing. Property was inundated with water and all belongings were destroyed.
He currently has a DVO against ex-partner which includes his 2 daughters. He is currently on job seeker payments and is in the process of working with Services Australia to have childcare payments transferred into his name as ex-partner is claiming 100% of benefits while not caring for the children.
He is expecting to move into a social housing property within the next few weeks.
