Free Range Poultry Farmer in Hardship after multiple Disaster Events
This free range poultry farmer has been affected by multiple disaster events including drought, Black Saturday Bush Fires and now the Victorian Floods 2022 A week before the floods occurred, he was released from hospital after having a hip operation. Before Christmas 2023 he was in a quad bike accident and both his legs were trapped. Now with the most recent floods in 2024 all his livestock feed is gone, damage to property including contaminating water supplies to his farm. Gains made to recover from the October 2022 event have been ruined. Any contribution will assist in meeting basic needs such as food, clothing and fuel.
