Old lady with disability is eager to go home and tired of the hotel rooms.
Flood impacted community member is comfortable in her hotel room and is very appreciative of all the help that she got from being displaced from her community by Cyclone Jasper's rain and floods, however she longs to go home to the home she has lived in for the past 62 years. She's an Elderly lady that has some disability, who has a carer however she is independent and tries to do whatever she can for herself. She lives on her own and has some assistance from family and Age Care Agency in community but prefers to do things herself and have alot of visitors all the time, so she is taken good care of. Being at the hotel restricts the visits from her family and she longs to be able to have visitors coming and staying for some time or even her grandchildren staying with her while their mother is out on dialysis. She misses having them around before and after school.
