Single Mother with young family managing addiction recovery and physical challenges.

I have a female client who is in recovery from substance dependence and has a young family (son 18 and daughter 14 and her child 6month old son) living with her. She has endured some physical and neurological issues also and is currently on a disability pension due to major back pain. My client was recently released from hospital after some neurological issues which impacted her memory. She is trying to rebuild her life and provide a comfortable home for her family and is restricted with finances and needs some support to get on her feet and feel better about herself and provide for her family.
