Person scammed, living in broken car, no family or friends to help, unable to cover for basic needs for him and his dog.

My client came to Australia with a job offered from overseas, he then faced a very toxic work environment that destroyed his mental health. He looked for another employer and found a person that offered to provide a sponsorship but it was a scam. My client lost his working visa and everything else.
Currently, my client is living in his car with his dog. His car is broken, he is not able to afford food for him and his dog. Crisis accommodation services in WA are very limited, specially for men and more so when pets are included. Client considers his dog as his only family and is trying to do everything possible to stay with him.
