82 year old resident impacted severely yet again in January 24 flood. Struggling to make ends meet with no family support.
This 82 year old resident had not yet recovered from the October 22 floods and has been severely affected again in the January 24 floods. Lots of damage to his property, no insurance and no family close by to support him. He is struggling with a lot of anxiety as a result and is battling some serious health issues. Needs some financial support to see him through and try patch things up to keep him going. He is only on an aged pension.
Any assistance he receives is gratefully accepted. Totally dependent on volunteer support.
Although he has accessed some assistance before, he is still falling short of getting some repairs done to protect against future flood & storm events and requires tools and timber items which are beyond his affordability.
