Indigenous young person was homeless after mother was incarcerated needs support to set up home with her sister.
Young Aboriginal women needs support to set up a home for her self and her sister after their mother was remanded in custody. The home they shared with their mother was robbed and ransacked when their mother was arrested and the two young women were couch surfing as they fared for thier safety. They now have stable accommodation, but have no furniture including beds and bedding, draws, table and chairs or a TV. They are currently sleeping on air beds and with the weather getting cooler, we are trying to find more suitable options for them.
