Elderly man impacted from the 2022 floods who lost everything is transitioning into a nursing home from temporary accommodation. He needs an occupational therapy assessment to support his daily functioning and level of care in his new residence. He has gone through significant hardships since the flood and has been waiting for a long time with no word on how his aged care funding will support him in his new environment. With his health and mobility in rapid decline support with this assessment would make his daily life much more safe and comfortable.
