Country Pub struggle to stay open after covid and natural disasters
The Country Pub and its owner have been through hardship after hardship. The owner is a cancer survivor and has persevered during covid to keep the pub doors open. The pub was damaged by 2022 flood and recently by bush fires. The recent fires have financially set him back as the town tourism and economy has been impacted. The pub employs members of the community and provides a meeting place for many regulars. Any contributions would assist to provide food, essentials and petrol for this cancer survivor whilst he tries to rebuild his business.
