Please consider- Getting desperate now...Tools stolen- client has employment but no tools

My Client has work recently been released from prison and has been offered work as a mechanic, unfortunately, his tools have been stolen through no fault of his own. He has strived to put his incarceration behind him and never offend again. He disclosed that he has been incarcerated twice. With the first time not having an effect on him however, during his 2nd incarceration he was cell sharing with people who are serving long sentences who convinced him to change his offending and future as they started their long sentences and offending just like him. This, has motivated him and he challenges himself daily to maintain a promise to himself to never return to any form of crime. He is an inspiration and is exactly the kind of person who we love to support. Unfortunately we are a NGO and do not have funds to assist with buying this life changing purchase. Please help, he is so committed to making a change and has already been given an opportunity to work.
