60 year old kind man recently diagnosed with cancer - has a muscle condition which makes him fall a lot and diabetes.
This man had his life upended after a fall that left him with no ability to work. He developed diabetes and a muscle condition that has meant he falls a lot. He has had many hospital admissions this year. He often feels hopeless but we are working with him to regain a sense of purpose. To top it off, he had a rectal cancer diagnosis 3 weeks ago. It is very difficult to fund health treatments and supplies along with basic clothing and food.
