Abandoned motel complex being demolished. 12 homeless people being rehoused. All require assistance.

Local derelict motel which is being used by homeless people for shelter. This property is being demolished and 12 residents have been housed using a Housing First Approach. These people require assistance to set up their first homes and transition from homelessness. The people using this facility have been severely affected by cyclone Seroja and the flooding in the Kimberley which has resulted in a severe shortage of accommodation in the Midwest.
