45-year-old man living with schizophrenia and an acquired brain injury in need of a phone to connect with his supports
This man currently lives in a shared accommodation facility that was greatly impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. He had limited contact with his friends and family during this time due to not having a digital device. He would greatly benefit from a mobile phone as he has never owned one in his life. Being on the Disability Support Pension leaves him with limited discretionary funds to purchase a device. Having a mobile phone will allow him to reconnect with his friends and family.
