This person first entered homelessness after experiencing a mental health episode that required hospitalisation. After hospitalisation they enter refuges until they were place into housing through a supported housing program. This person has been working hard with their services to support their mental health and wellbeing. During lockdown they started bike riding and have found it emensly benefical. The bike rides now enable them to access essential services, reducing their expenditure and supporting their wellbeing. However, they were previously using bike lending app's to use bikes when they were at a reduced cost over the pandemic, these services costs have now increased and making it financially difficult for them to use it. Therefore, they are now looking to own a bike of their own preferably one with straight handle bars and with a basket.
