Single male living in remote off grid community. His roof was damaged during cyclone Jasper and the FNQ flooding that followed caused water to entre through his ceiling, damaging plasterboard. Client does not have insurance and needs some financial assistance to buy materials from hardware so he can repair his ceiling. Area is still being inundated with heavy rains and roof still leaking as client is unable to afford the costs of purchasing materials due to unemployment caused by the knock on effects from the disaster.
