Elderly lady, lost home and possessions in disaster level flood and has no flood insurance
This lady's whole home was inundated to the ceiling with floodwater, and sat for over a week before subsiding. It ruined everything she owned. She is still staying in rental accommodation whilst her home is slowly being repaired. She does not have flood insurance. She has to rely on her grandchildren to come down once every few weekends from the Gold Coast to assist with repairs. They will help her with painting, so any assistance with vouchers to cover the cost of paint would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
