Woman with mental illness needing a device to enable her to engage and connect with her supports!
Our consumer has a mental illness and accesses supports through our organisation under the National Disability Insurance Scheme. Our consumer is an active member of the community and often requests her supports (via public telephone) to meet her at various locations throughout the community. Unfortunately, as our consumer does not have a mobile phone of her own, she is often hard to locate and, thus, unable to access/utilise the entirety of her supports the majority of the time.
With your assistance, our consumer will be able to freely communicate with her NDIS supports and utilise them to the best of her ability, providing her with greater opportunities to improve her quality of life.
