The mother can't work because of her child's medical condition. the family applied for a permanent residency visa it was declined and they are waiting for a tribunal for the decision to be made. Their older child didn't have laptops and struggling with her studies. The assistance and support provided for this family will allow the family to focus and reduce financial stress.
