Our client has been impacted by fire, flood and drought over the past 5 years.
His crops have been continuously impacted by these events as has his physical and mental well being.
This has also impacted their financial situation as their crops are not as bountiful as they once were.
Our client is seeking some assistance in keeping his crops irrigated.
As he is elderly and awaiting surgery for a shoulder reconstruction, he requires an electric pump to make the irrigation process easier as he is presently unable to use a pull-start pump.
