Family displaced due to floods, lost all belongings to flooding

This family lost all belongings due to October floods and no contents insurance, they have now moved back to their home after major repairs. Family of 4 adults lost all belongings as they had to move without much warning to save any items from the flood waters. Being on the VIC/NSW border there was complications with who services the address and unfortunately, they missed out on getting any govt assistance.
