Our community-based mental health service provides numerous programs, supports and activities through-out the south-west region; supporting those impacted by mental illness their families, friends and carers to ensure an inclusive quality lifestyle and recovery process.
Our centre-based psychosocial program-Day to Day Living Skills runs 4 days per week and is inclusive of healthy and nutritional meals prepared by our dedicated staff and volunteers. We also provide meals and food items to individuals and families through-out our service for times they are in need.
As a non-for-profit we are only able to provide this service due to our generous connections in the community who donate fresh produce, food items, non-perishables and personal items to distribute to venerable community members,
During covid lockdowns this is utilised through a customized "meals on wheels" service; including self-care and hygiene packs which is delivered at home to those clients/families in need.
