The most effective way to provide immediate support for people devastated by impacts from Ex-TC Alfred is to donate money to our cyclone appeal by clicking the 'Donate Funds' button at the top of this page. Donating to the Tropical Cyclone Alfred Appeal is the quickest way to provide emergency help, such as vital goods like food, clothing & fuel, for people who are doing it tough right now. 100% of your public donation will be used to purchase essential items for people impacted by flooding, storms, or other effects of TC Alfred.
GIVIT provides a streamlined way to donate much-needed items, ensuring that donations contribute positively to recovery efforts rather than overwhelming support organizations with unrequested goods.
Our What's Needed list is updated as our 4,900 charity partners request essential goods for the people they support. You can see how to help with Tropical Cyclone Alfred by checking the list above. If you have something that matches the listed needs, simply click the GIVIT button to arrange your donation.
For items not currently listed, you can still offer your goods through our online warehouse using our donate items form. If a registered charity requires what you’ve offered, they will claim it, and you’ll be connected to that organization. Please keep in mind that not all donated items may be needed at this time. That doesn’t mean they won’t be reserved for later in the disaster recovery process.
